SMART Goals Workshop - Proactive Planning In January, members of the Entrepreneur Exchange met to discuss goals for 2017. By breaking into small groups, stating a goal out loud, and putting it on paper, members got a kick start and plenty of feedback from peers in the room. Though not a new concept, the planning exercise encouraged us to make our goals "SMART" with the following criteria: Specific Measurable Actionable Recorded on a Timeframe Members received external ideas and referrals, and suggestions to help them stay focused and motivated to accomplish the goal, while leveraging new and existing resources. Now, the tough works begins: TRACKING our Goal Actions, Next Steps, Results, and Follow up Steps! Luckily we have meetings every month!
