Please join CREW Boston's Housing and Community Development Committee for its annual project tour. This year's tour will feature Charlesview Residences in Brighton. Attendees will tour the facilities and enjoy a reception at Ariana, a fantastic Afghani restaurant located on-site.
About The Charlesview Residences
Recipient of the 2015 ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing Jack Kemp Excellence in Affordable and Workforce Housing Award, The Charlesview Residences is true mixed-use, mixed-income, transit-oriented community, featuring 240 residential units, pedestrian walking trails, a 10,000 sf community center and 15,000 sf of commercial space. The project was developed by The Community Builders (TCB) and Charlesview, Inc. and it includes workforce, market rate and homeownership units, along with public space and infrastructure benefits.
