Public Strategies Breakfast: Boston Creates' Cultural Master Plan

At the June Public Strategies Breakfast, Julie Burros, the Chief of Arts and Culture for the city of Boston, led an engaging discussion about the Boston Creates’ Cultural Master Plan for Boston, due to be publically released June 17, 2016.  Her office believes Boston is a city where creativity thrives. They see it in every neighborhood and community and it is among our most powerful assets. Boston Creates, under the leadership of Mayor Martin J. Walsh, is a community-wide effort to harness this creativity, to build a shared vision for arts and culture.  The plan marks the culmination of a 15-month process of public engagement across the city with the goal of prioritizing, coordinating and aligning public and private resources to strengthen "creative capital" in the City of Boston.
