Join CREW Boston's Housing & Community Development Committee for a tour of both Parcel 24 North, a/k/a One Greenway, and Parcel 24 South, a/k/a 88 Hudson Street Condos. The Asian Community Development Corporation's Angie Liou, Executive Director and Kyle Sullivan, Director of Real Estate will give a presentation of the projects in the Parcel 24 North Community Room, then we'll tour the One Greenway rental community, the green open space connecting the projects, and see the newly-constructed Parcel 24 South affordable-only homeownership condominium building.
Many of our fellow members worked on this transaction (it won the 2017 Networking Award!), so it will be a great way to celebrate a great project many of our members touched!
After the tour, we'll have refreshments and networking on site.
