Project Spotlight Tour of Van Ness CREW Boston members toured Samuels & Associates’ most recent development – Van Ness – located at the 1325 Boylston Street in The Fenway neighborhood. The tour was led by Abe Menzin and gave insight into the development process, including Boston’s first City Target. This mixed-use property features a 237,00 sf build to suit office tower with sweeping views of Fenway Park and Back Bay, 172 residences including high-end amenities, ground floor retail on all sides of the building and a gorgeous green terrace. Members learned about how this building is changing the landscape in The Fenway and ended the evening with a reception overlooking the city.
