Apply Now for 2019 CREW Boston Mentor Program
The CREW Boston Mentor Program for the 2019 year is officially open! We have wrapped up another very successful year, and we are hoping to continue the success this year. Please see below for the responsibilities and expectations for the Mentor/Mentee Relationship and a Peer to Peer Relationship. It is important to note that these are suggestions, and each pair will set their own goals and expectations for their relationships at the start of the program.

PROGRAM OPTIONS
Mentor / Mentee Relationship
A mentor, typically a successful and seasoned professional, works with a mentee, usually a less experienced professional, to grow and advance the mentee's career and networks.

Peer to Peer Relationship
A peer mentor is a mentor at a similar professional experience level, but with expertise in a subject area that her match does not possess.

The links to the online applications are below. Applications are due by the close of business on Thursday, November 8th and matches will be made in December. Please feel free to reach out to the Mentor Committee co-chairs with any questions, Hayley Suminski or Erin Channel.
