CREW Boston members traveled to Minneapolis, Minnesota, on June 17–18, 2026, to attend CREW Network's Spring Leadership Summit. The annual event brought together chapter leaders and delegates from across North America for two days of leadership development, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas focused on strengthening chapters, enhancing the member experience, and advancing women in commercial real estate. Throughout the Summit, attendees participated in educational sessions, shared best practices with peers from across the network, and returned home with fresh perspectives and new ideas to bring back to CREW Boston.
One of those attendees, Sarah McGillicuddy, CREW Boston Delegate for 2026 & 2027, reflected on her experience:
"I'm finally getting around to sharing a few reflections from the CREW Network Spring Leadership Summit in Minneapolis. While the leadership programming was excellent, the biggest highlight for me was the opportunity to spend meaningful time with fellow CREW Boston members and delegates. Between sessions, meals, and networking events, I had the chance to get to know many of these incredible women and men on a deeper level, learn more about their professional journeys, and strengthen relationships that will continue long after the Summit.
The Summit brought together CREW leaders from across the country to learn, share best practices, and explore new approaches to leadership, chapter engagement, and member experience. I left with fresh ideas, new perspectives, and a renewed appreciation for the power of women supporting women in commercial real estate.
A particular highlight was an unforgettable dinner at Porzana with fellow CREW Boston attendees, followed by impromptu watching a bit of the World Cup with new friends from CREW Upstate South Carolina. Exploring Minneapolis together, including navigating the city's fascinating network of skyways and tunnels that connect so much of downtown, made the experience even more memorable. Those moments of genuine connection and camaraderie are often what make CREW events so special.
I returned home inspired not only by the programming and leadership development opportunities, but also by the relationships that were strengthened and the new ones that were formed. Grateful to CREW Network and everyone who helped make Minneapolis such a rewarding experience."
