Join us for a tour of the Simmons Living and Learning Center, a 385,000-square-foot higher education development in Boston’s Longwood Medical Area.
Simmons University is redefining the student experience with One Simmons, a bold vision designed to unify and modernize its academic and residential campus. Slated for completion in January 2027, the Living and Learning Center will enhance the Simmons experience by integrating residential, dining, wellness, and community spaces into one vibrant hub. Designed by the renowned architecture and design firm Elkus Manfredi Architects, the LLC features modern amenities, 1,000+ dormitory beds, 80,000 square feet of athletic space, and breathtaking, 360-degree views of the Boston skyline. Upon completion, this will allow the next phase to commence for Longwood Place; Skanska and Simmons are focused on shaping an environment that benefits both students and the greater Boston community long into the future.
