Based on sessions from the CREW Boston Leadership Academy facilitated by Orange Grove Consulting, Tricia Pinto and Elizabeth Krol (members of the Entreprenuer Exchange Group AND the inaugural Academy Cohort) will lead a discussion on defining success and laying out participants' leadership vision. Through a series of exercises, we'll identify our values, hopes, and career ambitions in the context of our organizations. We'll conduct self-assessments and set goals for ourselves.
