Join us for the 2026 Mentor Program Kick-Off. This is for mentor program participants only.

The Kick-Off will be focused on goal setting for this year. After opening remarks, each pair will have the chance to connect. Please come prepared to discuss the following topics with your match:

Introductions
Company & Position (current and past)
Background Info (College, Major, Where do you live? Etc…)
Why did you decide to participate in the Mentor Program?
Address goals you would like to accomplish during the Program
Establish a schedule for monthly or semi-monthly meetings and the best ways to communicate during the program

Lunch will be provided.
