On Tuesday, January 20th, CREW Boston members gathered at Bulfinch’s Amenity Space to officially kick off the 2026 Mentor Program with most of this year’s 50 participants in attendance.
Following opening remarks, mentor–mentee and peer-to-peer pairs connected one-on-one to get to know each other, share professional backgrounds, and discuss what motivated them to participate in the program. Conversations centered on career paths, personal goals, and priorities for the year, as well as establishing meeting schedules and preferred methods of communication moving forward.
The session provided a strong foundation for meaningful connections, thoughtful dialogue, and intentional goal setting as participants begin their mentorship journeys together. Lunch was provided, allowing for continued conversation and networking throughout the event.
