On Thursday, July 24^th, CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Exchange Group hosted members for a group viewing of CREW Network’s webinar, “CREW Collective – From Startup to Scale-Up – Essential Strategies for Growing Your CRE Business,” at ARC (Architectural Resources Cambridge). 
 
This virtual discussion forced on growth strategy and specifically discussed business planning, raising capital, people strategy, and general operations/scaling. Camille Renshaw, CEO and Co-Founder of B+E Net Lease, moderated the panel that included three women who have successful launched and grown their own business - Jessica Alvarez, Founder and CEO of WE Management Group; Amy Bradac, CEO of Bradac Co.; and Melissa Page Boeshans, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Synthesis National Title & Escrow Group. Each speaker shared lessons learned, pitfalls they encountered, and their favorite resources.
