As the promise of Spring and the return of warm weather approach, joined by improving COVID stats and vaccine rollouts, many are considering a return to “normal life.” Whatever that means…Might we be looking at a hybrid model for work life?

Join the Entrepreneurial Exchange to talk about managing expectations as we go back to in-person work and events. What does that look like as some continue to participate virtually?

• Are you looking forward to returning to or re-opening your office? 
• Will you change your space’s layout or your staffing to accommodate social distancing? 
• What’s being asked of you, or your staff, as far as commitments to a physical return?

Since we don’t expect them to end anytime soon, we’ll also talk about managing those overlapping Zoom calls! How do we juggle this intense communication, with online meetings at noon and 4 pm, and maybe two at 11, 1 and 2. While there used to be time to commute—which many of us used to mentally switch gears, take or make calls, etc. – and physical meetings tended to be limited to the hours of 9-4 to allow for “the drive,” we often now start at 8 and go to 5. 

That doesn’t account for west coast zooms or evening “event” Zoom for networking!

Can we keep up this intensity? Can we be on a zoom while driving to the office for face-to-face meetings? Will trade associations return to breakfasts, lunch, and evening events?
