On Wednesday, March 25th, CREW Boston proudly hosted its first-ever Leadership Academy Alumni Happy Hour at Redgate’s Boston office. The event marked an exciting milestone for the organization, bringing together graduates from nearly eight cohorts of the Leadership Academy program for an evening of connection, reflection, and celebration.
Alumni gathered to reconnect with fellow participants, expand their professional networks, and share how the Leadership Academy has shaped their careers and leadership journeys. Over wine and appetizers, the room was filled with energy as past cohorts came together for the first time as a unified and growing alumni community.
As the Leadership Academy continues to grow, so does its impact—and this inaugural alumni event served as a meaningful reminder of the strong network and lasting connections the program fosters.
