Members enjoyed an intimate conversation with Laura Marshall over lunch at Liberty Mutual in Boston.  Laura's personal reflections slide was a hit with attendees covering topics from her favorite type of music (country) and food (frozen yogurt) to her greatest personal accomplishment - running her first triathlon!  Laura shared her experiences along her personal career path, as well as in her current role of overseeing the exciting and impressive new campus that Liberty Mutual is building in Plano, TX.  

With 29 years in the industry, she offered the following advice: choose what defines you, develop positive work habits throughout your career, know when it's time to move on, get a mentor, be a mentor, and get your own Board of Directors, among others.  Laura also stressed the importance of informational interviewing to learn more about yourself and explore the next potential move in your career path.
