Join Kim Borman and Hannah McKinney from the Boston Women’s Workforce Council for a continuation of the discussion of the wage gap in CRE. Kim and Hannah will revisit the gender wage gap data, including additional demographic breakout, and will facilitate a discussion using case studies from companies who have had success addressing the disparities.
