On Wednesday, November 19th, CREW Boston’s Entrepreneur Exchange gathered for a recap and group discussion of “From Start Up to Scale Up: Essential Strategies for Growing Your Commercial Real Estate Business,” a webinar hosted by CREW Network.
 
Held at Davis, attendees reviewed key insights from the webinar and explored practical approaches for growth, scaling operations, and managing organizational change within their own businesses. Over lunch, members exchanged perspectives, asked questions, and reflected on strategies to support the next stage of their business development.
