th, CREW Boston members had the exciting opportunity to be among the first to tour the newly completed 10 World Trade, developed by Boston Global Investors (BGI) and team on a Massport-owned parcel in the heart of the Seaport District.
This striking Class A office and life science tower, designed by Sasaki, spans over the MBTA Silver Line tunnel and showcases cutting-edge sustainability and “office of the future” amenities. The project also features an elevated walkway and park connecting World Trade Center Avenue to Congress Street, enhancing the area’s accessibility and public space.
Members who attended last year’s hard hat tour were especially thrilled to return and see how the once-under-construction site has transformed into a stunning, fully realized space—both inside and out.
Thanks to tour guides Meredith McCarthy of Sasaki, John Hynes IV of Boston Global Investors, LLC, and the Cushman & Wakefield building management team for the warm welcome sign in the lobby and serving as additional tour guides throughout the visit.
