ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Elizabeth Berthelette, CRE, serves as Head of Northeast Research & National Life Science Research. In her role, Berthelette collaborates with Research along with Capital Markets and Brokerage professionals to provide data in high concentration Life Science markets across the US. With over 16 years of experience as a seasoned researcher and economist for commercial real estate, Berthelette oversees Life Science data pertaining to employment, the strength of local markets, supply/demand balance, new construction, build-out costs, vacancies, investment sales activity and debt financing.
Dianne Crocker is a nationally recognized authority in commercial real estate market analysis, forecasting, and risk management. As Research Director at LightBox, she leads the development and interpretation of the company’s comprehensive suite of market metrics, offering critical insights that inform strategic decisions across the CRE ecosystem. With over 25 years of experience, Dianne brings a rare depth of perspective, having analyzed the industry through four market cycles.
Lisa Strope is a member of TA Realty’s Research Team and is responsible for overseeing the Firm's research initiatives through the development of macro and micro economic perspectives across U.S. real estate markets and contributing to the development of the Firm’s local and regional investment strategies. Lisa has 31 years of industry experience and joined TA Realty in 2020.
Makella Houdagba is a dedicated Research Analyst focused on research strategy, storytelling, data analytics, and trends. She will support the Colliers Boston office by generating in-depth, quality research. Her background in commercial real estate brokerage, strategy, data management, luxury residential leasing, and property management allows for a well-rounded view on various real estate trends
