As President and Partner at Arrowstreet, Amy is a highly respected industry leader whose work has helped shape some of Greater Boston’s most impactful mixed-use and multifamily developments. With a multidisciplinary background and a forward-thinking approach, she brings creativity, technical expertise, and innovation to everything she does – continually pushing the boundaries of design and how people experience the built environment. Her leadership within CREW Boston has been equally impactful. As a former Board member and current Chair of the DEI Committee, Amy has played an important role in helping shape a more inclusive, thoughtful, and forward-looking organization for all members.
 
While accepting the Leadership Award in April, Amy spoke of navigating personal and political curveballs that come at women while working in the industry, including bias, pay gaps, and glass ceilings. Despite those curveballs, Amy has built a career in Boston driven by women helping other women, which is paramount to the mission of CREW, and credits the peers, mentors, and friends that spun out of organizations like CREW for leading change in our industry. She leads by making room for new voices, mentoring the next generation, and pushes for an industry that is more inclusive and more equitable, all while keeping the joy in design.
