Announcement: Check out our new committees
CREW is excited to launch 3 new committees to expand opportunities for member engagement, information exchange and community-building. If you would like to learn more about these new committees or any of our committees, click here. For more information or to get involved on a committee to help plan the events for members, please email the chairs or Sarah Davies to be added to their list.

The Counsel Collective Committee brings together attorneys practicing in all areas of commercial real estate to build community, share experiences, and promote professional growth. Through quarterly meetings, the committee fosters connection, collaboration, and peer support through candid discussion, shared best practices, and guest speakers, helping members advance at every stage of their careers.

The CRE Tech Committee is a dedicated forum exploring how technology is transforming commercial real estate. Artificial intelligence, proptech platforms, data analytics, and sustainability technologies are reshaping how real estate is sourced, managed, and developed. The CRE Tech committee brings together professionals interested in understanding and leveraging these innovations across the industry.

By connecting members across technology and real estate disciplines, the committee aims to position CREW Boston as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership in the evolving CRE landscape. The mission of the CRE Tech Committee advances women in commercial real estate by fostering discussion, knowledge sharing, and collaboration around emerging technologies, industry trends, and practical solutions for women working at the intersection of commercial real estate and technology.

The Wellness Committee is dedicated to supporting the advancement of women in commercial real estate by fostering a culture of well-being, balance, and resilience.

Through thoughtfully curated programming, resources, and community initiatives, the committee aims to empower members to prioritize their physical, mental, and professional wellness. By creating space for connection, personal growth, and sustainable success, we believe wellness is not just personal: it’s a powerful catalyst for leadership and long-term advancement within the commercial real estate industry.
