Apply Now for 2019 CREW Boston Mentor Program
The CREW Boston Mentor Program for the 2019 year is officially open! We have wrapped up another very successful year, and we are hoping to continue the success this year. Please see below for the responsibilities and expectations for the Mentor/Mentee Relationship and a Peer to Peer Relationship. It is important to note that these are suggestions, and each pair will set their own goals and expectations for their relationships at the start of the program.
Mentor / Mentee Relationship
A mentor, typically a successful and seasoned professional, works with a mentee, usually a less experienced professional, to grow and advance the mentee's career and networks.
Peer to Peer Relationship
A peer mentor is a mentor at a similar professional experience level, but with expertise in a subject area that her match does not possess.
The links to the online applications are below. Applications are due by the close of business on Thursday, November 8th and matches will be made in December. Please feel free to reach out to the Mentor Committee co-chairs with any questions, Hayley Suminski or Erin Channel.

The Mentee application has 10 questions and is estimated to take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The Committee appreciates thoughtful responses to the questions as it will aid in the matching process and you will have a higher likelihood of a successful match and being accepted into the program. To qualify for this program, you also must have a completed CREWbiz profile, which includes a photo and bio. To complete your profile visit,

  • Initiate regular communication by phone or email at least once each month with Mentee
Meetings and discussions with Mentee should focus on exploring issues critical to the Mentee's
 success and professional development
  • Participate in Program events and group forums. CREW Boston will facilitate several in-person group meetings for program participants only. These include a kick-off lunch to introduce pairs, group events to discuss issues relevant to women in our industry, and a wrap-up lunch to collect valuable feedback. Information for these events will be communicated in the early part of 2019.
