Launch a New Initiative - Peer Circles
As part of CREW Boston’s strategic focus on strengthening our internal community and member experience, we are excited to launch a new initiative — Peer Circles.

Peer Circles are small groups of 4–6 members designed to create a trusted space for connection, reflection, and support throughout our professional journeys. Rather than traditional networking, these circles would provide an opportunity to share experiences, exchange perspectives, and build meaningful relationships with fellow CREW members both on a professional and personal level.

We piloted a program in the spring and with the feedback we received we are now excited to share this new opportunity with all our members. Participation would involve joining a small group that meets monthly from November 2026 through May 2027. If this sounds interesting, take a moment to complete this short questionnaire:👉 Peer Circles Questionnaire

Please complete the survey by Friday, October 9th. Peers circles will be announced by mid-October with a kick off event to be held in early November.

Thank you for joining us we explore new ways to foster connection, support, and belonging within CREW Boston. Please feel free to reach out to Laura Domenico with any questions.
