Welcome Back Message from 2025-2026 CREW Boston President
Dear CREW Boston Member, 
 
I hope you have been enjoying your summer, taking advantage of those late sunsets, and making one last trip to the ice cream shop. As President of CREW Boston, I am happy to welcome you to another exciting year as we mark our 44th year of advancing the success of all women in the commercial real estate industry.
 


In today’s uncertain market, it is more important than ever to take advantage of CREW Boston’s core value proposition by affirming our existing business networks and making new connections. I am looking forward to building stronger relationships with each of you, and hearing how CREW Boston can grow and better serve its members and the broader community of women in the commercial real estate industry. Be on the lookout for a full calendar of eventsI hope to see many of you at our September Luncheon Program on 9/25 at the Hyatt Regency Boston.
 
This year, we will continue to build on the work of our prior Boards in furtherance of CREW Boston’s Strategic Plan. Last year the Board worked hard to think strategically about ways in which it could support the advancement and promotion of women at various stages in their professional careers. To that end we: 
 
·       Tailored our monthly Board outreach to connect with our mid-career members to listen to and understand their particular career needs and the ways in which CREW Boston can better support this cohort (more to come!); 
·       Developed a document describing the opportunities that CREW Boston provides its members that can be provided to employers to explain the tangible benefits of financial support through membership and sponsorship; 
·        Brought back the Women in Government reception with special guest State Auditor Diana DiZoglio; 
·       Began a strategic partnership with the CREST Internship program to support the establishment of a pipeline of future commercial real estate talent from a more diverse, inclusive, and reflective pool of candidates; and;
·       Connected with other CREW Network chapters to identify ways in which we can expand the work of our DEI Committee to create a welcoming and inclusive CREW Boston for all women in our industry. 
 
Our Strategic Plan work for the coming year will focus on ways in which we can elevate CREW Boston’s brand identity as a thought leader within the broader commercial real estate industry. We will keep you informed of our efforts throughout the year. 
 
CREW Boston remains steadfastly committed to the core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In order for us to better understand how we can make our membership more diverse, inclusive, and reflective of the communities we serve, we need to understand exactly who our members are today.   To help us measure where we are and where we need to go, we ask that you please take a moment to complete your demographic information on your CREWbiz™ profile. We also encourage you to complete your online profile by adding your headshot and bio.

Several levels of support also include complimentary membership(s). All sponsors committed by Tuesday, September 23rd will be recognized at our kick-off luncheon on September 25th.
