CREW Boston kicked-off the 2022 annual Mentor Program by hosting a virtual gathering for this year’s 25 pairs made up of mentors and mentees from various roles, industries, and experiences. Shelly Gouin, one of the co-chairs of the Mentor Program, kicked off the event by welcoming the pairs and asking everyone to introduce themselves to the group and why they wanted to apply to the program.
There were some mentors and mentees who participated in recent years so they shared their advice for success. There were also mentors who participated in the past as a mentee, but this time around they wanted to give back as they had such a rewarding experience.
After introductions, the mentors and mentees broke out into pairs to formalize their match and discuss logistics as well as what the mentees are looking to accomplish to begin a productive and rewarding mentorship relationship.
