The Entrepreneur Exchange Group met in person in January 2023 for an introspective look back and look ahead. We've set goals together in the past and saying a thing out loud is a great way to set some accountability.  A CREW member just might ask you about your progress at a future event!

In a "pre-work" email and tactile hard copy at the event, we shared an interesting introspective process for exploring what you might want to manifest, and what you might let go of, in this new year, borrowed from one of the many coaches we discovered during the pandemic podcasts craze.

So many resources were shared -- ranging from personal health and family care concerns to market sector reports on what we're each experiencing -- and those of us who'd attended the recent "burnout" seminar checked in as accountability partners.  

There was so much to catch up on among our members that the group never fell silent and never did get to those 16 questions! We're sure many went home to consider those questions, to either journal on their own, or talk through them with friends/family around the table. 
These meetups always lead to meaningful conversations!
