In April, a highly anticipated UCREW panel brought together members of CREW Boston and a group of students from a Boston University development class, under the guidance of Professor Keith Munsell.

Current CREW Boston president, Tricia Pinto, kicked off the event with a brief overview of the organization and the new student membership offering. The panel featured a diverse range of experienced commercial real estate professionals, each bringing their subject matter expertise to the forefront. Students were able to hear from professionals specializing in engineering, environmental practices, lending, development, financing, title insurance, brokerage, and accounting.

Throughout the panel discussion, CREW Boston members provided invaluable insights into their respective fields, offering students a comprehensive understanding of their role within the development process. Each panelist also provided insights into challenges they’ve faced and highlighted some of their favorite projects. Overall, the UCREW panel provided an excellent opportunity for the CREW Boston members to share their knowledge and experiences with aspiring real estate professionals from Boston University.
