MEMBERSHIP IN CREW BOSTON

CREW Boston offers multiple pathways to get involved, including membership opportunities for commercial real estate professionals and graduate students, as well as the Emerging Professionals Program for undergraduate students exploring careers in commercial real estate.

As a CREW Boston member, regardless of your membership level, you have access to all local benefits as well as the full range of CREW Network resources, including: 

  • 6 CREW Boston Luncheon Programs ($195 for non-members).
  • Access to all CREW Boston activities, including exclusive member-only events, educational and professional development seminars, tours, and networking events (with payment at the member rate when a cost is associated).

  • Membership in both CREW Boston (over 600 members) and global CREW Network (over 15,000 members).
  • Exclusive access to CREWbiz, an online business networking tool, membership directory, speakers directory, and personal marketing profile. Your profile on CREWbiz can be used to promote your skills and expertise to our member base of more than 15,000 professionals globally. 
  • Discounted registration to the CREW Network Convention and the winter, spring, and fall CREW Network Leadership Summits.
FULL MEMBERSHIP

CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for Full Membership are $835.

A candidate for Full Membership must:

Dues cover membership from August 1 through July 31. For members who join for the full year, you will receive a $50 discount if paid in two months from the invoice date. If you join on or after January 1, you're eligible for our half-year membership rate of $535.  This special rate is exclusively available to new members and provides coverage through July 31. Please note that we do not offer any other prorated membership options. 


ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for Associate Membership are $410 (value: $835, equivalent to the cost of Full Membership).

A candidate for Associate Membership must:

  • Have less than three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate, guided by CREW Network's qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE), but actively working toward attaining three years of experience.
  • Complete and submit the online application form below.

Dues cover your membership from August 1 through July 31. Associate Membership is available for up to three years from the date of approval by CREW Boston. Once qualified for Full Membership, Associate Members will transition to Full Membership for the following CREW Boston year. If the required three years of experience is not met, Associate Membership will not be renewed.


GRADUATE STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for Graduate Student Membership are $300 (value: $835, equivalent to the cost of Full Membership).

A candidate for Graduate Student Membership must:

  • Identify as a woman.
  • Be enrolled full-time in an accredited graduate program in New England.
  • Demonstrate an interest in commercial real estate.
  • Verify full-time enrollment annually to renew Graduate Student Membership.
  • Complete the online application.

Graduate Student Members receive full local and national membership benefits from August 1 through July 31, including access to CREW Boston programming, CREW Network resources, member pricing, committees, and the CREW Boston Mentor Program. Each Graduate Student Member is also paired with a CREW Boston Ambassador.
 
Please note that while we accept applications year-round, all memberships expire on July 31, regardless of when you join.

 

EMERGING PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM
CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual Program Commitment Fee for the Emerging Professionals Program is $25. 

The CREW Boston Emerging Professionals Program introduces undergraduate students who identify as women to the exciting and rewarding field of commercial real estate through professional development, networking, industry exposure, and meaningful engagement with CREW Boston.

Designed for full-time undergraduate students enrolled at accredited colleges and universities in New England, the Program provides opportunities to attend select CREW Boston educational, networking, and signature events, participate in exclusive student programming, connect with industry professionals, and build lasting relationships with a supportive peer cohort.

Applications are accepted year-round, with participants joining either the Fall or Spring cohort.

CREW BOSTON MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
To apply for full or associate membership, please complete the online application form below. The responses to the answers below provide CREW with a potential member’s background and interests so that we can better serve our members. 
 
As noted above, membership is determined based on the applicant’s current position and years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Only the questions with an asterisk (*) are used to determine an applicant’s membership approval.

All new members of CREW Boston are automatically assigned an ambassador. CREW Ambassadors are your link to getting the most out of your membership. They help new members integrate into CREW by answering any questions they may have, assisting them in completing their CREWbiz profile, introducing them to other members, offering opportunities to meet and network, and encouraging them to get involved. While we strongly encourage all new members to have an ambassador, it is not a requirement. If you would prefer not to be assigned an ambassador, please select no.

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we are processing your application within 1-2 business days.  

Upon approval, you will receive a welcome letter, followed by a separate email with instructions on how to pay your membership dues.

Membership dues must be paid within 30 days to maintain your membership benefits. If payment is not received within 30 days, you will no longer be able to register for events or access other membership benefits until your payment is received or you contact Sarah Davies to provide an update on the status of your payment.
