MEMBERSHIP IN CREW BOSTON

As a CREW Boston member - regardless of your membership level - you have access to all local benefits as well as the full range of CREW Network resources, including: 

  • 6 CREW Boston Luncheon Programs ($195 for non-members).

  • Exclusive access to CREWbiz, an online business networking tool, membership directory, speakers directory, and personal marketing profile. Your profile on CREWbiz can be used to promote your skills and expertise to our member base of more than 15,000 professionals globally. 
  • Discounted registration to the CREW Network Convention and the winter, spring, and fall CREW Network Leadership Summits.
FULL MEMBERSHIP

CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for full membership are $835.

A candidate for full membership must:

Dues for Full membership cover your membership from August 1st through July 31st. For members that join for the full year, you will receive a $50 discount if paid in two months from the invoice date. If you join on or after January 1st, you're eligible for our half-year membership rate of $535.  This special rate is exclusively available to new members and provides coverage through July 31st. Please note that we do not offer any other prorated membership options. 



ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for associate membership are $410 (value: $835, equivalent to the cost of full membership).

A candidate for associate membership must:

  • Have less than three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate, guided by CREW Network's qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE), but actively working toward attaining three years of experience.
  • Complete and submit the online application form below.

Dues cover your membership from August 1st through July 31st. The Associate Membership is limited to applicants who have less than the three years of experience required for full membership and are working toward attaining the requisite experience. The Associate Membership will be no longer than three years from the date of the approval by CREW Boston.  Once qualified for Full Membership, the Associate Member will be automatically moved to a Full Membership for the following CREW Boston year. If the required three years of experience is not met, the Associate Membership will not be renewed.



GRADUATE STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
CREW Boston's 2026-2027 annual dues for graduate student membership are $300 (value: $835, equivalent to the cost of full membership).

A candidate for Graduate Student Membership must:

  • Identify as a woman
  • Be enrolled full-time in an accredited graduate program in New England
  • Demonstrate an interest in the commercial real estate industry
  • Verify full-time enrollment annually to renew Graduate Student Membership
  • Complete the application here

Dues cover your membership from August 1st through July 31st. The Student Membership is limited to applicants who are full-time graduate students at an accredited college or university in New England interested in pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry. Each graduate student member will be assigned a CREW Boston Ambassador.
 
Please note, while we accept applications year round, all memberships expire on July 31, regardless of when you join.

As noted above, membership is determined based on the applicant’s current position and years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.  Only the questions with an asterisk (*) are used to determine an applicant’s membership approval.

All new members of CREW Boston are automatically assigned an ambassador. CREW Ambassadors are your link to getting the most out of your membership. They help new members integrate into CREW by answering any questions they may have, assisting them in completing their CREWbiz profile, introducing them to other members, offering opportunities to meet and network, and encouraging them to get involved. While we strongly encourage all new members to have an ambassador, it is not a requirement. If you would prefer not to be assigned an ambassador, please select no.

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that we are processing your application within 1-2 business days.  

Upon approval, you will receive a welcome letter, followed by a separate email with instructions on how to pay your membership dues.

Membership dues must be paid within 30 days to maintain your membership benefits. If payment is not received within 30 days, you will no longer be able to register for events or access other membership benefits until your payment is received or you contact Sarah Davies to provide an update on the status of your payment.
