FULL MEMBERSHIP
CREW Boston's 2024-2025 Annual Membership Dues for this membership level covers the cost of all 7 luncheon programs, membership dues to CREW Network, all events open to members, with payment at the member rate when a cost is associated, and administrative fees.  Dues are $835 and cover your membership through July 31st. If you become a new member after January 1st, dues are $535.00 and cover your membership through July 31st. 
 

A candidate for full membership must:

  • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Complete and submit the online application form below.

 
 
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
The Associate Membership is limited to applicants who have less than the three years of experience required for full membership and are working toward attaining the requisite experience. The Associate Membership will be no longer than three years from the date of the approval by CREW Boston.  Once qualified for Full Membership, the Associate Member will be automatically moved to a Full Membership for the following CREW Boston year. If the required three years of experience is not met, the Associate Membership will not be renewed.

A candidate for associate membership must:

  • Have less than three (3) years of experience in commercial real estate but actively working toward attaining three years of experience.
  • Complete and submit the online application form below. 



STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
The Student Membership is limited to applicants who are undergraduate or graduate students at an accredited college or university in New England interested in pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry.  The Student Membership will be no longer than three (3) years unless approved by the Board. Student Members must confirm continued participation each year. Student members are encouraged to attend at least 4 events each year, join the Rising Leaders Group, as well as encouraged to participate on at least one (1) Committee. Each student member will be assigned a CREW Boston Ambassador with whom the Student Member shall meet with at least quarterly. Student Membership can be revoked at any time, if these requirements are not met.
 
There are no annual dues to be a student member of CREW Boston. The Student Membership includes the ability to attend two (2) luncheon programs, all events open to members upon payment of any associated cost at the member rate, membership dues to CREW Network, and administrative fees. Student Members may choose to attend additional luncheon programs upon payment of the nonmember rate. 
 
A candidate for student membership must:

  • Must be a female* undergraduate or graduate student interested in pursuing a career in the commercial real estate industry.

CREW BOSTON MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

As noted above, membership is determined based on the applicant’s current position and years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. For student memberships, the membership is determined based on the student’s interest in pursuing a career in the industry. Only the questions with an asterisk (*) are used to determine an applicant’s membership approval.

All new members of CREW Boston are automatically assigned an ambassador. CREW Ambassadors are your link to getting the most out of your membership. They help new members integrate into CREW by answering any questions they may have, assisting them in completing their CREWbiz profile, introducing them to other members, offering opportunities to meet and network, and encouraging them to get involved. While we strongly encourage all new members to have an ambassador, it is not a requirement. If you would prefer not to be assigned an ambassador, please select no.
