Kristen Beck has joined WS Development as a Portfolio Controller. Kristen was previously the controller at Rhino Capital Advisors LLC and prior to that an auditor at KPMG LLP. Kristen is excited to leverage her background in real estate and accounting to support the accounting department at WS Development.

CREW Boston member Kristina McGowan was recently promoted to Vice President, Capital Markets at Berkshire Residential Investments. Kristina has been with the firm for ~9 years and is focused on capital formation and investor relations.

Upon her graduation in May 2025, Kinga Lewandowska, a student member of CREW, has accepted a full-time offer to join VHB as a Civil Designer at the Watertown Office. She looks forward to starting her professional career.

Congratulations to CREW Boston member Erin Harvey who will be serving as a panelist at SIOR’s Year End Market Review on December 5th. Harvey, an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Exeter, will be one of six panelists discussing the challenges of today’s market and exploring the opportunities ahead. In Kristin's role as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, she oversees investment strategies, capital planning and performance optimization.

Ellen DeNooyer AIA has recently joined CDM Smith as a Senior Project Manager in their Boston headquarters. Ellen is leading transit projects in the northeast for major agencies and municipalities, and managing multi-disciplined project teams in project delivery.
