Annie has recently been promoted to Senior Director of Corporate Development at JDL Corporate Interiors. With over seven years of experience at JDL, she is eager to continue contributing to JDL while fostering internal growth and expanding business development efforts.

Nicole was recently promoted to SVP, Strategic Partnerships at CATIC, where she has worked since 2017. Nicole will focus on expanding relationships with industry partners in support of attorney and title agents. CATIC is the 9th largest title insurance underwriter nationally, and fastest growing since 2018. She has been a member of CREW for over 6 years.

McNamara, Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at USI Insurance Services, LLC, will join Zurich Insurance Company for what will surely be a lively conversation. Barbara Trachtenberg has joined the Boston office of Polsinelli as a Shareholder. She is excited to be part of a large and growing real estate and financial services department that includes 325 attorneys throughout the US. Barbara will continue her practice representing real estate investors and operators on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financing.
