Genesis AEC welcomes Cynthia Gibson Murphy – a seasoned architect, project manager and lighting designer with 20+ years' experience – as their regional Director of Architecture. With expertise spanning cleanrooms, manufacturing facilities, healthcare, real estate development, building repositioning, and infrastructure upgrades, she will oversee the delivery of architectural services at Genesis, guiding New England clients through the project lifecycle from planning and design to construction.

BakerTilly is excited to announce that Joanna Hunt has joined the firm as an Audit Principal in the New England audit practice. In this role, Joanna will lead and supervise audit teams servicing real estate clients, bringing her extensive industry expertise to the team. Joanna joins BakerTilly after nearly 17 years at BDO USA, P.C., where she served as an Audit Director, focusing on private real estate funds, SEC issuers, and fund of funds clients. In addition to her new role, Joanna is proud to participate in CREW Boston's 2024-2025 Leadership Academy. Margaret Ammondson begins a new role at Suffolk Construction as an Assistant Marketing Manager on the Pursuit Marketing team. In this role, she will manage the production of a variety of pursuit-related materials within Suffolk's diverse portfolio. Margaret moves from the design to the build side of proposal work, joining Suffolk from BR+A Consulting Engineers where she worked for nearly three years in the marketing group.

Grace Thawley, a recent graduate from Harvard University, has started a new role as Assistant Project Manager for Sleeping Dog Properties, where she will take on the construction industry learning curve and work alongside trades professionals, field staff, and senior project managers on unique and custom projects. This new position follows Grace's initial entry into residential development through her previous role in land acquisitions for a homebuilder in Southern California, called Warmington Residential.

Congratulations to Jocelyn Goglia on her promotion to Senior Director of Commercial Interiors at WS Development. Since joining WS in 2018, Jocelyn has worked within WS’s Seaport Development team to successfully deliver 1.7M square feet of commercial office/lab space to Amazon and Foundation Medicine, Inc. in Boston’s newest neighborhood. Jocelyn co-chairs the CREW Boston Development and Project Management Group Committee, a networking committee focused on bringing female professionals specifically involved in project design and construction together and serves as a CREW Boston Membership Ambassador. Jocelyn is also a member of this year’s CREW Boston Leadership Academy.

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has announced Kena David as the firm’s Director of Sustainability. In her new role, she will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sustainability strategies on Consigli’s projects and will build on the firm’s proven track record of delivering innovative green building solutions for clients across market sectors. With her years of sustainable building experience, she will play a pivotal role in achieving complex sustainability certifications like LEED Platinum Certification, Living Building Challenge, Passive House and Net Zero Energy on notable Consigli projects. Her innovative expertise will enhance our projects and contribute to our commitment to sustainability and ESG initiatives, driving real change in Consigli’s jobsites and offices.

Michelle Callahan, PE, LEED AP, has joined Nitsch Engineering's Board of Directors. The seven-person Board is elected by the firm’s shareholders and is responsible for the overall direction and strategic vision of the firm. Michelle has been actively involved in a number of strategic corporate initiatives during her 16-year tenure at the company.
