The hardest part is stepping outside your comfort zone. - Eunice Choi, Northmarq

Getting active in CREW begins with saying yes. Attend an event, join a committee, or make a connection, and open the door to meaningful relationships, professional growth, and a supportive community.

CREW Boston offers immeasurable support, networking, education, and collaboration opportunities. - Sara Corzo, Cushman & Wakefield

CREW expands opportunities for women across all sectors by creating intentional spaces for collaboration and connection. The Leadership Academy further enriches this experience by offering valuable insight and a strong support system, empowering members to grow both professionally and personally. I have experienced tremendous growth—much of which I credit to CREW’s unwavering commitment to advancing women in our industry.

Shine the Light!

Shine the Light!
May is here and with it comes Member May, one of the most meaningful opportunities all year to support the CREW Network Foundation and help CREW Boston achieve the Chapter Challenge Trifecta.

This year, we’re continuing with our Shine the Light Campaign, celebrating the impact our members make when we come together to support scholarships, industry research, and career outreach for women in commercial real estate.

A $25 donation to the CREW Network Foundation counts toward our Chapter Challenge goal of reaching 50% member participation. And during Member May, any amount donated beyond the first $25 can be made in another member’s name a great way to recognize a colleague, mentor, or committee member. To celebrate our Shine the Light Campaign, anyone who donates during May will be entered into a raffle for an AirPod Pro 3. The winner will be announced at the June Luncheon on 6/2 as well as notified by email.

A Message from the CREW Boston President - Building a Welcoming and Inclusive Community

I have never been a fan of icebreakers. My stomach clenches whenever I’m told in a group setting to “turn to someone you don’t know and share your favorite” fill in the blank. It’s a particular kind of discomfort—wanting to connect, but not always knowing how to begin. But this past summer, with the encouragement of ice-breaker enthusiast and our fearless President-Elect Amy Prange, I incorporated some ice breakers into our annual Board Retreat.
