We want to hear from you! Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Survey

CREW Boston has formed a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Task Force. The task force consists of board members and members-at-large that represent a diverse mix of industry niche, age and race. The task force is responsible for recommending goals and action items, to make our organization more inclusive and to provide programming focused on DEI topics while staying true to our mission. We do not have all the answers yet, but we are committed as an organization to thoroughly review our own policies and procedures, and to also have thoughtful conversations about how we can effectuate change in the industry.
We want to hear from you!  The DEI Task Force is requesting your input. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey by Friday, November 6th. Your input will help shape CREW Boston’s short-term and long-term action items.
