Upon her graduation in May 2025, Kinga Lewandowska, a student member of CREW, has accepted a full-time offer to join VHB as a Civil Designer at the Watertown Office. She looks forward to starting her professional career.

Congratulations to CREW Boston member Erin Harvey who will be serving as a panelist at SIOR’s Year End Market Review on December 5th. Harvey, an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Exeter, will be one of six panelists discussing the challenges of today’s market and exploring the opportunities ahead. Harvey has been a CREW Boston member since 2015 and is currently serving on our Board of Directors. Congratulations Erin!

Kristin Gowdy has recently rejoined the Northbridge Companies, a New England-based owner, operator and developer of senior living communities. Northbridge is focused on serving seniors and their families with respect, compassion and integrity. In Kristin's role as Senior Vice President of Asset Management, she oversees investment strategies, capital planning and performance optimization.

Ellen DeNooyer AIA has recently joined CDM Smith as a Senior Project Manager in their Boston headquarters. Ellen is leading transit projects in the northeast for major agencies and municipalities, and managing multi-disciplined project teams in project delivery.

Hale Yazicioglu Lake has joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston as Assistant General Counsel. Hale was previously a partner at the national law firm of Hinshaw & Culberston LLP and brings her over 17 years of experience in private practice to the FHLBank Boston where, among other departments, she will be supporting the Bank's Housing and Community Investment programs.

Tabetha McCartney has joined RPM as Director of Sustainability Finance. RPM helps clients improve the sustainability of everyday operations and meet emissions reporting goals and targets. Tabetha will be responsible for helping affordable housing owners identify and secure funding for their sustainability, decarbonization and resilience projects.
