They have been transforming the former school building into a 74-unit senior housing property known as The Pryde. This will be the first LGBTQ-affirming affordable development in New England. Karmen Cheung , Senior Developer at Pennrose along with Gretchen Van Ness and Aileen Montour at LGBTQ Senior Housing Inc, will lead us on the tour.
