Project Spotlight Tour of 888 Boylston CREW Boston members had the opportunity to tour 888 Boylston Street, which is deemed the most sustainable building in Boston. Mary Fagan, Operations Manager of Boston Properties, showed us a video where Bryan Koop highlighted some of the key features of the building such as open space for natural light, fresh air that is being circulated through the building to allow for increased productivity from the tenants, solar panels that cover the building rooftop and the 14 turbines that sit upon the top of the building. Dave Stewart and Mark Denman then took members on a guided tour of one of the unfinished floors to see the open floorplan and then down to another floor, which had an outside terrace overlooking Boylston Street. Thank you to Boston Properties for allowing our members to have this tour and to gain insight into this unique property in the Back Bay.
