Join the HCDC Committee for a virtual “happy hour” get together which will feature opportunities for networking as well as a virtual tour of Finch Cambridge, a new mixed-income 98-unit rental property designed to meet the Passive House energy-efficient building standard.
Jane Carbone, Director of Development for HRI and Michelle Apigian, Associate Principal of ICON Architecture, Inc. will take us through a tour of the property and answer all our questions about developing and designing Passive House certified affordable housing.
