After a successful March event the Community Involvement Committee voted to host a second Wine Bottega opportunity.   On Wednesday, June 15th CREW Boston members and CRE guests gathered in the downstairs private tasting room at Wine Bottega located at 341 Hanover St., Boston.
 
Owner, Kerri Platt shared a collection of limited vintage natural wines.  The Wine Bottega is host to small production naturally made wines.  Each wine has a story and Kerri entertained our group sharing wine growing anecdotes and the outstanding characteristics attributed to each region and farmer.  We even enjoyed a unique sparkling red!  In addition to a fun and educationally rich event the wine was priced to enjoy now and our group took advantage of the value.
 
We are pleased to announce that the June event raised an additional $415 in ticket sales and $69 from Wine Bottega sales donations.  Collectively the two events raised a grand total of $1,005 for the Elizabeth Stone House.
