Join the Housing & Community Development Committee, as they will join April Connolly and Father Bill’s & Mainspring, Inc. for a site visit of the two-phase Broad Street Housing development. Phase 1 is a new Housing Resource Center including a shelter beds, a medical clinic, commercial kitchen and dining space shelter, Phase 2 consists of 30 units of supportive rental housing and community/resident services.

Father Bill's & MainSpring’s mission is to help people obtain a home by giving temporary shelter and food, finding safe and affordable housing, and providing permanent housing with supportive services. Father Bills & MainSpring helps people who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, to achieve self-sufficiency.

Father Bill’s is just under a mile from Quincy Center and the Quincy Center MBTA Redline stop.
There is also ample parking on site.
