nd, CREW Boston members were treated to a hard hat tour of 10 World Trade Center. This mix of stunning exterior public realm and state-of-the-art commercial life science program makes for a unique development in the Seaport. A partnership between Massport as the land owner, Boston Global Investors as the developer, Sasaki as the architects, interior designers, and landscape architects, and Suffolk Construction as the general contractor, 10 World Trade Center is a successful example of innovative and intentional DEI practices that resulted in a more inclusive and meaningful project for the city of Boston.
During the tour, Meredith McCarthy, Yiffatt Ayzenberg Shoshan, and Kira Sargent of Sasaki and Kerry Davenport of Suffolk Construction led guests through views of the project while also sharing details of the design, the private/public partnerships, the DEI goals, and the impacts of the global pandemic.
