On Thursday, June 27^th, CREW Boston Rising Leaders Group were joined by Jill Sharif, this year’s recipient of the CREW Boston Leadership Award, for their second annual Cocktails & Conversations.
 
Hosted at Davis, attendees listened to Jill share her inspirational journey to self-authenticity. Topics ranged from Jill’s career journey- featuring her path to commercial real estate, her community impact through charity work- specifically focusing on her work with Heading Home and the magic that comes with welcoming a family into their new permanent home, and her career/ life lessons learned. The loudest message Jill emphasized was the significance of finding where you feel true to yourself- if you are not happy where you are, make a change; if you do not feel properly respected in your workplace, have the tough conversations to make things better. Jill challenged event guests to look within and figure out ‘what kind of career you want to have’ and to chase it.
