Wendy Gettleman, serves as Vice President of Facilities Management and Real Estate at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In this role, Wendy has oversight of Facilities Operations and Engineering; Planning, Design and Construction; Real Estate; Energy Management; General Services including Parking & Transportation; Telecom, Conference Services, Food Services; and Environmental Health and Safety. Wendy guides the facilities agenda including major capital construction and renovations, continuity of plant operations for all 2.8 Million square feet of Dana-Farber sites, and master facility space planning efforts. Wendy has been in the VP role for 12 years and at Dana-Farber for almost 20 years with prior roles as Senior Director of Planning, Design and Construction, and Director of Project Management for the Yawkey Center for Cancer Care. Wendy is a graduate of Cornell University and is a Sustaining Member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women. Wendy sits on the board of MASCO Services, is Board Co-Chair of the Longwood Medical Energy Collaborative, and is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Healthcare and Life Sciences Council and the Council leadership team.
