The Rising Leaders are excited to host a conversation with this year’s recipient of the CREW Boston Leadership Award: Barbara Oddo!

Barbara is a commercial real estate veteran and industry leader, with over 35 years of proven experience in asset operations. Currently responsible for oversight of Tishman Speyer’s Boston portfolio, Barbara plays an integral part in ensuring the firm’s success for customer satisfaction and retention, as well as promoting strategic growth in the region. Barbara is a long-standing member of CREW Boston, where she has served on numerous committees - including Membership, Golf, Programs and Sponsorship - as well serving on the Boston Chapter board as Chapter President from 2018-2019 and Director of the CREW Network Global board, having just ended her tenure in December 2024.

 

What sets Barbara apart is not only her success as a leader, but also her willingness to encourage and advocate for women in commercial real estate - she is the consummate role model for women looking to enter our industry.  Further, while accepting the Leadership Award in April, Barbara spoke about the importance of having an "attitude of gratitude," and that to her, gratitude is at the heart of effective leadership. Her contributions and leadership to our industry are top notch, and the Rising Leaders are thrilled to connect with her!
