Hosted at BioMed Realty’s Conference Space in Cambridge, speaker Jason Foster, Instructor at the MIT Center for Real Estate and Partner at 42 North Capital, LLC and 42 North Consulting LLC, presented a beginner’s guide to investment terms and the inputs and process of underwriting. Attendees left with a basic understanding of real estate financial principles and the drivers of real estate decision making.
