On Wednesday, May 25
th, CREW Boston celebrated its 40
th Anniversary at Boston’s Children Museum, where we reflected on how it all began and toasted to the future and what’s to come.
To kick off the evening, current CREW Boston President Kerry Hawkins and President-Elect Tricia Pinto both paid tribute to the amazing legacy members who came together back in 1982 to form NEWire, a small network of women in commercial real estate who exchanged information, developed business contacts, and helped each other succeed professionally in a male dominated industry. Now known as CREW Boston, it has and continues to be an incredible force behind the increasing success of women in New England’s commercial real estate community.
After Kerry and Tricia shared their personal stories and what CREW Boston means to them, guests enjoyed a night of networking with fun activities like a putting green, photo booth, large Connect Four, and bean bag toss.
