On Wednesday, May 17^th, members from our Entrepreneur Exchange Group gathered at Seasons 52 for lunch with Rebecca Bachand, CREW Boston’s 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year recipient and founder of RBLA Design, a landscape architecture practice.

Rebecca spoke of past and current projects and clients, and how they've changed over time as she became more confident in her role. She noted that more security actually came after separating from her business partner, as being responsible only to herself (and the dog) was incredibly freeing! Since she's often noted that upon starting the company in 2010, her husband stated that she "couldn't be making less money," she was asked -- and revealed -- when she'd started making MORE money. Great conversations were had, with everyone dashing off late for other engagements!
