November Brown Bag Lunch with Jennifer Gilbert

Please join the us for a conversation with Jennifer Gilbert from the Kuehn Foundation which is hard at work on a new solution to the problem of how best to connect eligible people with available affordable housing units.
In the midst of an unprecedented crisis, finding affordable housing in our region is as hard as building it. For low and moderate income residents, the housing search languishes in pre-digital age--print ads, word of mouth and in-person paper applications requiring time off from work.
This lack of information is a solvable problem! The Housing Navigator will be much like
Apartments.com for affordable housing– a single, user-focused online resource for where housing is located, where there are openings and how to access them. The Navigator will provide reliable information fundamental to making the best housing choice possible.
Come November 15th to learn more about the Navigator as well as discuss the potential to extend even farther in bridging the digital divide around housing access. This event is open to all members and may be of particular interest to Property Managers.
12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
