WS Development has partnered with Fenway Sports Group Real Estate (FSGRE) and ’47 Brand to develop 2.1 million square feet on over 5 acres of land in the Fenway neighborhood with the goal of weaving a new, multi-building development with extensive public realm improvements seamlessly and authentically into the grit and grain of this beloved, historic neighborhood.
Join Yanni Tsipis, Senior Vice President of Development and Victoria Maguire, Director of Development at WS Development, for a conversation about how the partnership came to be and the vision and philosophy behind developing a project that both respects the historic fabric and character of the area around Fenway Park and embraces the future of the city.
