Join Kate Graham, LMHC, CST, SEP for an honest conversation on The Silent Struggle of Menopause and Its Impact Mid-Career. This event is designed to shed light on an often-muted topic — navigating the crossroads of perimenopause, career demands, and caregiving roles as a professional.
Drawing from over a decade of experience as a therapist and her background as a former Vice President in the Boston tech industry, Kate blends evidence-based research with personal stories to create an engaging and intimate conversation.
Together, we will explore:
- The pressure to “do it all” — maintaining a professional image and achieving success without breaking a sweat.
- The unique challenges of balancing career progression and caregiver responsibilities during midlife
- How menopause and gender inequality in the workplace influence career progression and leadership opportunities
- How to harness perimenopause and menopause for personal and professional growth and transformation
- Ways to support ourselves and one another during this challenging transition
This event offers a rare space to talk openly about what many women experience and to explore how this transition can become a catalyst for deep personal and professional growth.
