Proving that Friday the 13th doesn’t have to be unlucky, CREW Boston’s CREW Network Committee hosted an engagingCoffee with CREW with special guests Holly Neber of AEI and Dianne Crocker of LightBox on November 13th. Leveraging CREW Network has been invaluable to both Holly and Dianne on their career paths, providing them with connections well outside of their chapters, opportunities to hone their leadership skills and the courage to embrace new challenges.

CREW Boston's President Elect Lisa Serafin and CREW Delegate Sophie Stein attended the 2017 CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit, which took place in Los Angeles on February 9-10. Over 250 CREW Network members from all over the country gathered to exchange their chapter experiences and participate in leadership training as well as to take advantage of many networking opportunities. Attendees also had an opportunity to meet new CREW Network CEO and CREW Network Foundation President Wendy Mann, who spoke at the Friday’s networking lunch. Over 50 CREW Boston members attended the 2016 CREW Network Convention & Marketplace held in New York City in October. The Convention was a tremendous success and the largest CREW Network gathering to date, with nearly 1,500 in attendance.

If you did not attend the CREW Boston Goes Gatsby Reception on July 28th, you missed a great event. Held at a newly opened high tech Sales Center for Pierce Boston in Fenway, the attendees had a chance to hear about one of Samuels & Associates latest (and tallest) projects, the Pierce Boston Tower and its effect on the Fenway neighborhood. Judy Nitsch shared details about the upcoming CREW Convention in New York City, and Gayle Bourdeau spoke about the CREW Network Foundation’s “A Little Party Never Hurt Nobody” evening event to benefit CREW Network Foundation that is scheduled for the Thursday night during the Convention.
