HOLIDAY GIFT DRIVE TO BENEFIT THE CAROLINA HILL SHELTER

Let's pass along some holiday cheer by shopping for the residents of the Carolina Hill Shelter!

This annual CREW Boston tradition is a wonderful way to help brighten the spirits of children and families in need. Click here to view a wish list for a child or parent.

Please anticipate spending a minimum of $75 for each child that you sign up for.
There are also options to purchase gift cards ($50) and gifts for parents via an Amazon wish list ($15+).
Gifts for children should not be wrapped but they should be placed in gifts bags or sturdy Holiday theme re-usable shopping bags.
Bags should be labeled with your name and the exact description of the person you select.

Gifts can be dropped off from 9am-4pm on 12/9-12/12 OR 12/16-12/17 at Nitsch Engineering located at 2 Center Plaza, Suite 430 in Boston. Please email M ichelle Callahan ahead of dropping off the gifts, so you can be added to the security list. Gifts can be left at the front desk in the Nitsch Engineering office on the 4th floor.

Alewife Master Plan Development – A Placemaking Opportunity in Cambridge

On October 17, 2024, we heard from Healthpeak Properties, Inc. regarding their proposed redevelopment to turn Cambridge’s Alewife district, an industrial pocket, into a connected, livable neighborhood. The location is the Alewife district of Cambridge, MA, which is located near the MBTA Alewife red line station, with access to Fresh Pond Mall, Alewife Brook Parkway, and the Route 2 Interstate. After two years of intensive dialogue through the Alewife Working Group, Healthpeak believes that investment in relationship-building has paid off in unexpected ways.
