Congratulations to CREW Boston member Gayle Bourdeau on being appointed to lead the 2025 CREW Network Foundation Board of Directors.  Bourdeau, Vice President/Senior Underwriting Counsel at Land Services USA, LLC, will serve alongside nine Champion Directors, including CREW Boston’s Dianne Crocker.

CREW Network Foundation, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm of CREW Network, is the only foundation dedicating its resources to accelerating success for all women in the global commercial real estate industry. The organization’s main fundings areas are university scholarships, industry research, and the CREW Careers and UCREW career outreach programs.

Help us honor our outstanding CREW Boston members and showcase these remarkable professionals to the commercial real estate community at the 2025 Achievement Awards on April 30, 2025. CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit, February 6-7 in Jacksonville is open to all CREW members who want to to grow their leadership skills and expand their business network. Leverage valuable professional development facilitated by leadership experts and learn the critical skills that will advance your business and career in 2025.

CREW Boston is offering 2 grants to members to cover the $449 registration fee to attend the CREW Network Leadership Summit from February 6-7th in Jacksonville, FL. The deadline to apply is Moday, November 25th. Click here to apply.
 

Members interested in participating in the 2024 CREW Boston Mentor Program have the opportunity to apply to be a mentor or mentee through Monday, November 4th. Matches will be made in November/December with the kick-off breakfast in January 2025.

CREW Boston announced the appointment of 2 new members to the Board of Directors. This brings the number of board members to 12.

At the June meeting, Shelly Gouin was announced as President along with Kate Moran Carter as President-Elect for 2024-2025. 

Shelly Gouin is an Officer of Debt Capital Markets at TA Realty in Boston, MA.  With significant prior experience as a lender, Shelly brings relationship management skills and experience leading deal teams. She has been a member of CREW Boston for 13 years, serving on various committees, a participant of the Leadership Academy, Board Member, and Treasurer. She is most proud of her work as a Co-Chair of the Mentor Committee. Shelly looks forward to bringing her enthusiasm for connection and mentorship to continue advancing CREW Boston’s mission.  We are excited for her leadership in driving CREW Boston forward.
